Deadlines for forwarding periodic reports in 2018

The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Company”) discloses the deadlines for forwarding periodic reports in 2018:
1. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2017 – 21 March 2018
2. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2018 – 22 May 2018
3. Consolidated half-yearly report for the first six months of 2018 – 28 August 2018
4. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2018 – 20 November 2018
Pursuant to Clause 101(2)of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (“Regulation”), the Company shall not forward the report for the second quarter of 2018 or the report for the last quarter of 2018.
Moreover, in accordance with Clause 83(1) and (3) of the Regulation, the Company announces that it shall not forward separate stand-alone quarterly reports and a separate stand-alone half-yearly report. The consolidated quarterly reports shall contain quarterly financial information, while the consolidated half-yearly report shall contain the condensed half-yearly financial statements
