The administrator of personal data of users is Medicalgorithmics SA with its registered office in Warsaw (02-001) at Al. Jerozolimskie 81 (hereinafter: “Medicalgorithmics”).
Medicalgorithmics applies the following principles of personal data processing: lawfulness, reliability and transparency, purposefulness, data minimization, accuracy, storage limits, integrity and confidentiality, accountability.
Providing data is a condition for answering the sent inquiry, and failure to provide them will make it impossible to answer. The data will be processed in order to answer the sent inquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest of the administrator), marketing (legal basis: legitimate interest of the administrator) and to determine and pursue possible claims (legal basis: legitimate interest of the administrator). Data provided via online forms may also be processed in order to send commercial information to users by electronic means. The data is profiled using IT systems intended for data analysis in marketing and sales in order to match the content of the information sent to the expected preferences of the recipient.
In the event that the processing is based on consent, Medicalgorithmics ensures that the user’s consent to the processing of his personal data as part of the Website is given by means of a clear, confirming action that expresses the voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous consent of the data subject to processing of personal data concerning her. It consists in ticking a box when browsing a website, in choosing technical settings for the use of information society services, or in any other statement or conduct that clearly indicates in a given context that the data subject has accepted the proposed processing of his or her personal data.
The data will be stored until the inquiry is answered and any claims expire, and the user is unsubscribed from the mailing list.
Each person has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing and their transfer. Each person has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Each person has the right to object to the processing of their personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator, as well as to object to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes, including profiling.
