Notification of a Shareholder on a change in a share in the share capital and in the total number of votes in the Company

The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby announces that on 23 December 2021 received from the Lacuna Funds, i.e. Lacuna Vermögen GmbH, acting on behalf of Lacuna SICAV w/Lacuna Global Health (Lacuna Global), and Lacuna Investment-AG TGV, acting on behalf of Lacuna TGV Wachstum (Lacuna Wachstum) (“Shareholder”), a notification pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and on public companies, containing the information that as a result of the registration of the increase in the Company’s share capital on December 15, 2021, the ownership of the Company’s shares changed as follows:
– Lacuna Global Fund acquired 35,875 (thirty five thousand eight hundred seventy five thousand) new series H shares;
– Lacuna Wachstum Fund acquired 55,125 (fifty five thousand one hundred twenty five thousand) new series H shares.
Therefore, the accounts managed by the Lacuna Funds hold a total of 248,839 shares of the Company, which constitute 5.02% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
