The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Company”) notifies that the Shareholders present at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 7 January 2020 (“General Meeting”) held 1 777 978 shares and votes, representing 49,30 % of the share capital and the total number of votes.
The following Shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting:
1. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” – 472 000 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 26,55 % share in the total number of votes – 13,09 %;
2. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 448 586 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 25,23 %, share in the total number of votes – 12,44 %;
3. Marek Dziubiński – 400,000 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 22,50 %, share in the total number of votes – 11,09 %;
4. Government of Norway – 141 987 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 7,99 %, share in the total number of votes – 3,94 %;
5. PKO BP Bankowy Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 133 516 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 7,51 %, share in the total number of votes – 3,70 %.
