Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Company”) informs that on June 27, 2022 the Company received an application from shareholder Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. for the candidacy of Mr. Sławomir Kościak as a member of the Supervisory Board.
The application was accompanied by the candidate’s curriculum vitae and a statement on consent to stand as a candidate. The candidate’s CV is attached to this report.
The above candidature will be considered under item 14 of the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting convened for June 30, 2022.
