The Supervisory Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that on August 23, 2021 adopted  a resolution on appointment Mr. Maciej Gamrot to perform the function of Member of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer for a 3-year term of office. Mr. Maciej Gamrot will replace Mr. Maksymilian Sztandera on the position of the CFO.

Mr. Maciej Gamrot has broad experience in conducting the processes of acquiring a strategic or financial investor, which, in the opinion of the Supervisory Board, will support the review of strategic option process announced by the Company in the current report no. 31/2021 of August 11, 2021.

Maciej Gamrot is a graduate of the University of Łódź, Faculty of Management. He is qualified by ACCA (British Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and Certified Internal Auditor (The Institute of Internal Auditors from the USA). He started his professional career in the audit departments of PWC and EY. For many years he has been performing managerial functions in the area of ​​finance and audit. For 14 years he worked in various positions in the Agora S.A. Group. (including financial reporting manager, internal audit manager of a capital group and financial director), then as a member of the management board for financial matters and financial director at Platige Image S.A., Audioteka S.A., Dobroplast Fabryka Okien Sp. z o.o, (after the acquisition of this company by the Arbonia A.G. Group). On August 23, 2021, he was appointed a member of the management board for financial matters at Medicalgorithmics S.A.

Mr. Maciej Gamrot submitted a statement that he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register, nor that he carries out activities that are competitive to the Company’s activities, and that he is not a partner in any competitive civil law partnerships or partnerships, capital companies or members of bodies of other competitive legal entities.
