In reference to current report No. 24/2022 dated May 7, 2022, the Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on May 13, 2022 an annex to the letter of intent was concluded, which changes the date of conclusion of the Loan and Purchase Option Agreement to May 18, 2022.
