The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) informs that on July 27, 2018 the Company’s Supervisory Board, acting pursuant to Art. 128(1) of the Act on Certified Auditors, Audit Companies and Public Supervision of 11 May 2017 (hereinafter the “Act”), convened the Audit Committee with the following members:

Grzegorz Grabowicz – Chairman of the Audit Committee

Michał Wnorowski – Member of the Audit Committee

Artur Małek – Member of the Audit Committee

The Management Board of the Company informs that the aforementioned Audit Committee meets the criteria of independence from the Company and other requirements specified in Article 129(1), (3), (5) and (6) of the Act.
