The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Company”) notifies that the Shareholders present at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 10 may 2022 (“General Meeting”) held 2 835 956 shares and votes, representing 56,99 % of the share capital and the total number of votes.
The following Shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting:
- PZU “Złota Jesień” Open Pension Fund – 721,689 shares and votes, 25.44 (45) % share in the number of votes at the General Meeting, 14.50 % share in the total number of votes;
- Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 608,592 shares and votes, share in
a number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders – 21.45 %, share in a total number of votes – 12.23 %; - The Miri Strategic Emerging Markets Fund LP – 520,238 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 18.34%, share in the total number of votes – 10.45%;
- Marek Dziubiński – 485,556 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders – 17.12 %, share in the total number of votes – 9.76 %;
- the Government of Norway – 143,642 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 5.06%, share in the total number of votes – 2.90%.
