Acting pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing

Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 2014 No 173, p. 1), the Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”,

“Issuer”) hereby discloses to the public that on 6 September 2017, Vice-President of the Management Board and Chief Technology Officer, Mr Tomasz Mularczyk, tendered to the Supervisory Board his resignation from the Management Board.

Mr Tomasz Mularczyk’s resignation from his position is due to health reasons.

The Issuer’s Management Board recommends that the Supervisory Board appoint a new Management Board Member to replace Mr Tomasz Mularczyk, and puts forwards the candidacy of Mr Maksymilian Sztandera, the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer.
