The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Company”) notifies that the Shareholders present at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 15 June 2021 (“General Meeting”) held 2 462 788 shares and votes, representing 56,91 % of the share capital and the total number of votes.

The following Shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting:

  1. The Miri Strategic Emerging Markets Fund LP – 518 038 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 21,03 %, share in the total number of votes – 11,97%;
  2. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” – 515 689 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 20,94 %, share in the total number of votes – 11,92 %;
  3. Marek Dziubiński – 480 000 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 19,49 %, share in the total number of votes – 11,09 %;
  4. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 448 586 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 18,21 %, share in the total number of votes – 10,37 %;
  5. New Europe Ventures LLC – 151 195 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 6,14 %, share in the total number of votes – 3,49 %;
  6. Government of Norway – 147 642 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting 5,99 %, share in the total number of votes – 3,41 %.
