Acting on the basis of Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 2014/173, p. 1) and with reference to current reports No 5/2017 of 11 April 2017, No 7/2017 of 22 May 2017, No 14/2017 of 14 June 2017 and No 20/2017 of 17 July 2017, the Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby discloses to the public that on 9 August 2017 the Company obtained information about the number of payment requests from insurers, due to services rendered using PocketECG technology in the US, filed by Medi-Lynx Cardiac Monitoring, LLC (“ML LLC”), the Issuer’s subsidiary, in July 2017.

In July 2017, ML LLC filed 7,446 payment requests.
