The Supervisory Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Company”) informs that on January 14, 202, adopted a resolution to recall Mr. Peter Pellerito from the position of the Member of the Management Board of the Company on the date of adopting the resolution. The dismissal of Mr. Peter Pellerito from the position of a Member of the Company’s Management Board is connected with ending of his cooperation contract with the subsidiary Medi-Lynx Cardiac Monitoring, LLC.
