With reference to the current report No. 11/2020, the Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), hereby informs that the date of conclusion of the G Series Shares subscription agreement has changed and the Company’s Management Board intends to conclude the G Series Shares subscription agreement no later than January 29, 2020.
