The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (the “Company”) notifies that on 19 April 2019 the Company paid funds into the account of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (“KDPW”) in the amount of PLN 50,000,000.00 (in words: fifty million zlotys) for the total redemption of series A bearer bonds issued by the Company in 2016 (“Bonds”).

The redemption date of the Bonds is 21 April 2019. The funds will be transferred by KDPW to direct participants’ bank accounts on the first business day following the redemption date, i.e. on 23 April 2019. The participants will transfer the funds received to the accounts of eligible bondholders.
