On September 6, Tomasz Mularczyk resigned from the position of the Member of the Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. He was the VP IT since 2010. He resigned due to health issues.
“The Company stays in the best hands, so I don’t worry about its future but am rather proud that I could build it for so many years. Before my resignation, many of my operation duties
in the IT department were handed over to its director and the Board of Directors. I am very happy with the way the IT department operates after changes. I will be pleased to follow and will keep my fingers crossed for every new product launched by Medicalgorithmics,” Tomasz Mularczyk said.

Tomasz not only created many technological solutions with me but also created an entire excellent IT team – a valuable asset of our company,” says Marek Dziubiński, the President of the Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A.
Efficient work of the Board, which derives from its members and their competence, is our priority. The capital market is equally important, so the Board recommended Maksymilian Sztandera, who is now the Finance Director, as the new Member of the Board to the Supervisory Board. “Maksymilian has been working in the Company for over 3 years and besides Company finance also supervises the communication with the market and investor relations,” Marek Dziubiński added.
Maksymilian Sztandera joined Medicalgorithmics in 2014. He has an expert auditor licence. He graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań. On the next meeting, the Supervisory Board shall consider the request to appoint him as a Member of the Board.
