On September 24, 2025, one of the largest U.S. Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities (IDTFs), in terms of sessions, increased by 118% the daily number of ECG studies analyzed using Medicalgorithmics’ in-house developed software. The sharp rise in the number of ECG studies performed with the company’s innovative DRAI software and DRP platform is the result, among others, of faster-than-expected implementation of new functionalities within Medicalgorithmics’ technology.
Owing to the sharp rise in daily sessions volumes, Medicalgorithmics will, as early as September 2025, surpass the minimum monthly payments guaranteed under the contract. Management anticipates that by the fourth quarter of 2025, monthly payments for analyzed ECG studies will exceed USD 300,000.
“The integration we carried out in late July with one of the largest U.S. IDTFs has opened up new opportunities, which we are effectively leveraging. Thanks to the sharp increase in the number of ECG studies carried out using our highly efficient, innovative software, we will already in September generate revenues above the guaranteed minimum for analyzed sessions. Furthermore, a significant portion of September’s sessions will be settled in the following month, and with the anticipated growth in the number of ECG studies performed by our U.S. partner in the coming weeks, we expect further increases in ECG studies volumes utilizing our software. This means that revenues from this contract will continue to grow dynamically – we estimate that in Q4 this year, monthly remuneration for analyzed sessions will exceed USD 300,000,” commented Dr. Kris Siemionow, CEO of Medicalgorithmics.
The agreement signed by Medicalgorithmics in January 2025 covers the provision of defined services and the licensing of the Company’s leading DeepRhythmPlatform (DRP) with DeepRhythmAI (DRAI) algorithms for ECG signal analysis from the U.S. IDTF’s devices. The remuneration, denominated in USD, depends on the number of ECG studies analyzed by the Polish medtech’s software each month. The guaranteed minimum monthly remuneration for analyzed ECG studies amounts to USD 60,800.
Since the beginning of this year, the WSE-listed medtech company has been expanding dynamically, securing new clients and activating existing ones. Medicalgorithmics has signed a record number of agreements in 2025 (17 – more than during the entire year 2024), which has translated into a significant increase in its share price. Since the beginning of the year, the Company has doubled its market capitalization, becoming one of the best-performing investments on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2025.
Among the newly signed agreements, apart from the aforementioned U.S. users of Medicalgorithmics’ technology, are: a contract with a European IDTF, an agreement with a U.S. deep-tech company specializing in advanced materials, sensors and artificial intelligence integration, and the first two commercial contracts for VCAST – one on the Turkish market and another on the strategic Scandinavian market.
