Medicalgorithmics, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, continues its dynamic growth by signing a contract for AI software in diagnostics. The new partner of the Polish medtech company is the largest private service provider (IDTF) in the United Kingdom. Thanks to the agreement, the unique and extremely effective DeepRhythmAI (DRAI) artificial intelligence algorithms and the DRP Medicalgorithmics platform will be available to the British partner after the integration process is completed and the relevant regulatory approvals are obtained. If permanent cooperation begins, the minimum annual revenue from the contract will amount to PLN 439,2k. This is already the 19th customer acquired by the Polish medtech company this year.
Polish medtech’s new partner is a British medical company specializing in remote ECG diagnostics and heart rate monitoring. It provides same-day ECG and Holter monitoring analysis services, ensuring access to fast and accurate results. Thanks to the signed agreement, the British partner will be able to increase the efficiency of patient testing by using world-class DRAI software and the DRP platform, based on proprietary artificial intelligence algorithms. Three months after the agreement is signed or after 500 paid ECG tests have been performed as part of the pilot program, the cooperation will be automatically extended for an indefinite period (unless the contractor gives notice). If permanent cooperation begins, the minimum annual revenue from the contract will be PLN 439,2k.
– Another agreement with a large company that focuses on innovative and effective solutions necessary to handle large volumes of research in real time confirms the quality and attractiveness of our software. Our new partner has been using a competing product until now, but has decided to implement our latest AI technology, validated in the largest independent study of its kind, DRAI Martini, the results of which were published in the prestigious Nature Medicine. The growing interest in our software is also supported by further customer integrations and the increasing volume of ECG sessions performed using DRAI. We are effectively capitalizing on this record interest and are working on signing further agreements in the coming weeks – comments Dr. Kris Siemionow, CEO of Medicalgorithmics, on the signing of the agreement. – At the same time, our strategy since I took over the company has been to add minimal revenue to the contract. This is also the case here – he adds.
Since the beginning of 2025, Medicalgorithmics has been growing dynamically, acquiring new customers and activating existing ones, resulting in a record number of contracts signed (19 – more than in the whole of 2024). The new contracts include, among others: an agreement with one of the largest American IDTFs, a contract with a European IDTF, an agreement with an American deep-tech company specializing in the integration of advanced materials, sensors, and artificial intelligence, and the first two commercial agreements for VCAST – on the Turkish market and the strategic Scandinavian market.
