Medicalgorithmics, a Polish medtech company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, has completed the integration of its ECG analysis software (DRP) using proprietary AI algorithms (DRAI) with two major technology partners. One of them is the leading Korean distributor Wellysis, a Samsung spinoff specializing in projects in the field of ECG monitoring, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence models in healthcare. The innovative platform and AI algorithms have been integrated into Wellysis’ flagship S-Patch device (approved by the FDA in the US) and will be available to all current and future customers of both companies, including in the US. The second implementation concerns a Canadian deep-tech company with which the Company established cooperation in August this year. Medicalgorithmics has already integrated eight customers from partnerships established this year.
Wellysis is a Samsung spin-off specializing in ECG monitoring, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence models in healthcare. Its flagship product, S-Patch, is an innovative wireless patch-wearable device for ECG monitoring, powered by Samsung’s Smart Health Processor. Thanks to integration with innovative DRP and DRAI Medicalgorithmics software, it will analyze patient data in real time even more effectively and expand its offering and potential customer base.

The agreement signed in May this year by Medicalgorithmics with Samsung’s spinoff concerns cooperation on the global market, in particular on the US market, where Polish medtech technology is enjoying increasing recognition and interest. Meanwhile, the Canadian deeptech company will use the DRP platform and DRAI algorithms in its proprietary textile Holter devices for heart monitoring, delivered directly to the patient’s home.
– Simultaneously, we are working on further large-scale integrations, which we will implement gradually. To date, we have already integrated eight of the service providers and technology partners acquired in 2025, including our largest customer. Both the integration of Wellysis and subsequent integrations should have a significant impact on the level of revenue generated in the coming quarters. – adds Kris Siemionow.
Since the beginning of this year, the medtech company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange has been growing dynamically, acquiring new customers and activating existing ones. The company signed a record number of contracts (19 – more than in the whole of 2024), which translated into a significant increase in its share price. Since the beginning of the year, the company has doubled its value, becoming one of the best investments on the WSE in 2025. Among the new contracts, apart from the aforementioned American users of Medicalgorithmics technology, there are also: contracts with European and British IDTF, an agreement with an American deep-tech company specializing in the integration of advanced materials, sensors, and artificial intelligence, and the first three commercial agreements for VCAST – on the Turkish, Arab, and strategic Scandinavian markets.
