One of the largest U.S. IDTFs, measured by session volume, has expanded its cooperation with Medicalgorithmics effective December this year. Due to the strong demand for ECG diagnostic services, the American partner has commissioned the Polish medtech company to deliver additional service volumes. The new order will commence in December 2025 and includes a broader scope of analytic services compared with the existing collaboration. In connection with the expanded engagement, Medicalgorithmics has estimated total revenue from this client in December at approximately PLN 1.6–1.8 million, which will be recognized in the fourth quarter of the current financial year.
The U.S. IDTF – one of the largest entities of its kind nationwide – has been using Medicalgorithmics’ solutions since July of this year, when the integration process was completed. The cooperation includes the provision of specified services as well as the licensing of the proprietary DeepRhythmPlatform (DRP) software, incorporating DeepRhythmAI (DRAI) artificial intelligence algorithms for ECG signal analysis sourced from the IDTF’s monitoring devices.

Since the beginning of the year, the Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed medtech company has been experiencing dynamic growth, securing new clients and activating previously onboarded ones. Medicalgorithmics has signed a record number of contracts- 19, more than in the entire year 2024 – which has translated into a significant appreciation of its share price. Since the start of the year, the Company has doubled its market valuation, becoming one of the strongest investment performers on the WSE in 2025. Among the new agreements, in addition to the aforementioned U.S.-based users of Medicalgorithmics technologies, are contracts with a European IDTF, a U.S. deep-tech company specializing in the integration of advanced materials, sensors, and artificial intelligence, as well as the first three commercial VCAST agreements: covering the Turkish market, Saudi Arabia, and the strategically important Scandinavian market.
