Description of duties

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the products offered by Medicalgorithmics, used for arrhythmia diagnostics.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to customers, including healthcare providers and distributors, through various channels such as phone, email, and remote access.
  • Training: Developing and delivering training programs for customers on the proper use of the software and diagnostic devices offered by Medicalgorithmics.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Feedback: Monitoring and addressing customer feedback to ensure satisfaction with the company’s products and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date troubleshooting guides for the products offered by Medicalgorithmics.
  • Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing support. 

Requirements and experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and efficiently
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs for various audiences
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve products and services
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems used for managing customer support and monitoring data
  • Strong understanding of medical diagnostics services. Experience in arrhythmia diagnostics services, and diagnostic device technology will be a plus

In addition, we create and improve tools to automate processes regarding customer support, system maintenance and business data acquisition.
