Description of duties

  • Responsibility for the marketing introduction of new products, including full product launch.
  • Providing training and assistance to sales employees at our foreign partners, focusing on medical arguments to help them achieve their goals in a professional, ethical, and scientific manner.
  • Supporting foreign partners in strategic sales projects, including tenders, as well as subsidiary companies in Poland and India.
  • Collaborating in the development of clinical/product marketing strategies for global markets to increase business growth.
  • Planning short-term and long-term marketing activities to support domestic and international sales.
  • Active cooperation with individuals responsible for developing the product portfolio development strategy.
  • Taking responsibility for creating and implementing strategies to build relationships with key opinion leaders in the fields of electrophysiology, cardiology, neurology, interventional cardiology, and diagnostic radiology.
  • Participating in trade shows and industry events primarily abroad.
  • Collaborating with other team members to maximize the company’s sales value.

Requirements and experience

  • Fluent knowledge of English (mandatory requirement)
  • Experience working with medical products, ideally in the field of cardiological diagnostics (holters, EKG), implantable devices, heart imaging, radiology, and IT for medicine. Medical education will be additionally valued but not necessary.
  • Documented successes in independently managing products in various life cycle phases, including knowledge of the process and practical management of new product implementation in terms of product launch.
  • Very good knowledge of sales and product marketing, including clinical aspects.
  • Knowledge and ability to use marketing tools and techniques applied in the healthcare sector.
  • Data analysis and synthesis skills, presentation skills, and the ability to propose and implement creative ideas.
  • Interest in new technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Initiative and autonomy in action.
  • Ability to collaborate with individuals within the organization, as well as with foreign partners representing different business styles and cultures.
  • Excellent self-organization, independence, and proactivity are highly valued here.
  • Desire for knowledge acquisition and continuous improvement of skills.
  • Organizational, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
  • Strong goal orientation.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office environment, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

We are looking for a person with a very good command of the English language, enabling fluent communication and presentation of the clinical value aspects of our products. This individual should have experience in the medical industry and new technologies for medicine.
