Description of duties

  • Designing, implementing, maintaining, and repairing testing systems for electronic devices.
  • Optimizing testing systems for product manufacturing.
  • Creating technical documentation and conducting technical training.
  • Responsibility for implementing tests both internally and with subcontractors.
  • Initiating and supporting production improvement processes through analysis and interpretation of test results.

Requirements and experience

  • Higher education in electronics, automation, telecommunications, or related field
  • Experience in a similar position within the field of electronic equipment production
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C/C++
  • Strong knowledge of TestStand environment
  • Experience in verification and validation of testing systems
  • Quick learning ability
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team
  • Conscientiousness and commitment
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both oral and written (occasionally)

Features welcome

  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Programming skills in VBA, C#, .NET, ASP.NET
  • Ability to create regular expressions
  • Experience in implementing processes in low-volume or prototype production
  • Knowledge of statistical methods in engineering such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) in the production of active medical devices.

The role of a small Engineering team is to develop processes that support all operational activities for products currently being implemented in production. This includes managing the product lifecycle at the engineering level (BOMs, NPI, ECO), implementing new technologies, conducting improvement projects, maintaining infrastructure, and promoting Agile/Lean culture. Additionally, the engineering team closely collaborates with R&D teams during research work and coordinates the implementation process for newly developed products into production.
