Principles of good practice

Medicalgorithmics S.A. values the importance of corporate governance principles and their role in reinforcing transparency in relationships with stakeholders.

These principles play a crucial part in the company’s daily operations. Medicalgorithmics S.A. adhered to the Good Practices of Companies Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) 2016 and, as of July 1, 2021, follows the Good Practices of Companies Listed on the WSE 2021.
