With reference to the content of current report No. 7/2025 dated May 19, 2025, the Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) encloses the report of the Supervisory Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. on the remuneration of the members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board for the year 2024, together with the auditor’s report and the documentation to be submitted to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on June 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. These documents are also available on the Company’s website at: https://www.medicalgorithmics.pl/.


Detailed legal basis: § 19 (1) (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
