The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Company”) notifies that the Shareholders present at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 27 July 2022 (“General Meeting”) held 2 642 187 shares and votes, representing 53,09 % of the share capital and the total number of votes.

The following Shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting:

1. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” – 721 689 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 27,31 %, share in the total number of votes – 14,50 %;
2. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 557 684 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 21,10 %, share in the total number of votes – 11,20 %;
3. The Miri Strategic Emerging Markets Fund LP – 520 238 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 19,68 %, share in the total number of votes – 10,45 %;
4. Marek Dziubiński – 485 556 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 18,37 %, share in the total number of votes – 9,76 %;
5. New Europe Ventures LLC – 150 229 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 5,68 %, share in the total number of votes – 3,01 %;
6. Government of Norway – 143,642 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting 5,43 %, share in the total number of votes –  2,88 %.
