The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Company”) notifies that the Shareholders present at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 30 June 2022 (“General Meeting”) held 2 430 070 shares and votes, representing 48,83 % of the share capital and the total number of votes.

The following Shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting:

1. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” – 721 689 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 29,69 %, share in the total number of votes – 14,50 %;
2. The Miri Strategic Emerging Markets Fund LP – 520 238 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 21,40 %, share in the total number of votes – 10,45 %;
3. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 557 684 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 22,94 %, share in the total number of votes – 12,23 %;
4. Marek Dziubiński – 485 556 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 19,49 %, share in the total number of votes – 9,76 %;
5. Government of Norway – 147 642 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting 5,90 %, share in the total number of votes – 2,96 %.
