3/2025 Correction – Schedule of Periodic Reports for 2025

Legal Basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering – Current and Periodic Information

The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., based in Warsaw (the “Company”), corrects an obvious clerical error in current report No. 1 dated January 22 of this year and clarifies that the standalone annual report and the consolidated annual report for the year 2024 will be published on April 30, 2025, rather than for the year 2023, as stated in the report. All other information in current report No. 1/2025 remains unchanged.
