The Supervisory Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that on August 5, 2021 adopted a resolution on appointment Mr. Jarosław Jerzakowski, currently International Business Development Director, to perform the function of Member of the Management Board for a 3-year term of office.
It is the intention of the Supervisory Board to reflect in the Management Board area the increasing importance of sales of the Company’s services on international markets outside the USA. Accordingly, the main objective set by the Supervisory Board for Mr. Jarosław Jerzakowski is to further intensively develop sales of services directed to foreign markets.
Jarosław Jerzakowski graduated from the Cracow University of Economics, where he majored in International Trade and International Business and from the University of Mannheim, where he completed the European Master of Business Sciences (EMBS) program with honors. Since 2004 he has been professionally involved in sales development on foreign markets and marketing. He has worked in management positions at Konica Minolta Business Solutions and Adrem Software. Since February 2013 he has been responsible at Medicalgorithmics S.A. for foreign business development outside the USA. He built from the ground up and developed foreign sales in the provision of tele-cardiology services to over 70,000 patients per year in 17 health system-diverse countries. He served as a Board Member of Medi-Lynx Cardiac Monitoring LLC from 2018 to 2020.
Mr. Jarosław Jerzakowski submitted a statement that he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register, nor does he carry out activities that are competitive to the Company’s activities, and that he is not a partner in any competitive civil law partnerships or partnerships, capital companies or members of bodies of other competitive legal entities.
