Appointment of Members of the Supervisory Board for a new term of office

The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on June 15, 2021, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (the “General Meeting”) appointed to the Supervisory Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. as from June 27, 2021, for a new term of office of 3 years, the following persons:
- Marek Dziubiński, entrusting him with a function of the President of the Supervisory Board,
- Michał Wnorowski, entrusting him with a function of the Vice-president of the Supervisory Board,
- Marek Tatar as the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company,
- Stanisław Borkowski as the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company,
- Anna Sobocka as the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company,
- Brandon von Tobel as the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company,
- Martin Jasinski as the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The CVs of the newly appointed Members of the Supervisory Board, including their education, qualifications and previously held positions, along with a description of their professional career, constitute attachments to this report.
In accordance with the submitted declarations neither of the newly appointed Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company is engaged in any professional activity which might compete with the Company’s operations, and does not participate in a competing entity as a partner in a civil-law or private partnership or member of a corporate body of a competing company or member of a body of any other competing legal entity and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
