Legal Basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., based in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby announces a change in the publication date of the semi-annual report for the first half of 2024 (the “Report”). The Report will be published on September 30, 2024. The previous publication date was set for September 25, 2024, as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 2/2024 on January 26, 2024. Detailed legal basis: § 80(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
