The
Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in
Warsaw _the “Company”_ hereby discloses the dates of
publication of the Company’s periodic reports in 2024:

Annual
report and consolidated annual report for 2023 – April
22, 2024.
2._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;
Consolidated
quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 – May
29, 2024.
3._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;
Consolidated
half-year report for the first half of 2024 – September
25, 2024.
4._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;
Consolidated
quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 – November
27, 2024.
The
Management Board of the Company announces that, pursuant to § 62 section
1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on
current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and
on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being
equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state
which is not a member state _Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757_ _the “Regulation”_,
the Company will not publish unconsolidated quarterly reports.
Consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial
information indicated in § 66 section 1-4 and 5 first sentence and
section 9 of the Regulation.
Moreover,
the Management Board of the Company informs that the Company will not
publish consolidated reports for II ad IV quarter of the financial year
pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company also will not
publish a separate unconsolidated half-year report pursuant to § 62
section 3 of the Regulation.
