The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) announces that on 19 June 2018 it received a declaration of Mr Grzegorz Grabowicz’s candidacy for Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board submitted by Aegon Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., acting on behalf of the Company’s Shareholder – Aegon Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its registered office in Warsaw.
The candidacy was submitted for consideration as part of the agenda of the Company’s Annual General Meeting convened for 26 June 2018 (current report No 10/2018 of 31 May 2018 in conjunction with current report No 12/2018 of 6 June 2018).
Together with the declaration of candidacy, as referred to above, the Company received a biographical note and Mr Grzegorz Grabowicz’s statement and consent to candidacy for the Company’s Supervisory Board.
