The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Company”) notifies that the Shareholders present at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 22 March 2022 (“General Meeting”) held 2 586 789 shares and votes, representing 51,98 % of the share capital and the total number of votes.
The following Shareholders held at least 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting:
- Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” – 721 689 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 27,89 %, share in the total number of votes – 14,50 %;
- The Miri Strategic Emerging Markets Fund LP – 520 238 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 20,11 %, share in the total number of votes – 10,45 %;
- Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 497 592 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 19,23 %, share in the total number of votes – 12,23 %;
- Marek Dziubiński – 485 556 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 18,77 %, share in the total number of votes – 9,76 %;
- Government of Norway – 147 642 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting 5,70 %, share in the total number of votes – 2,90 %.
