15/2017 List of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Annual General Meeting of Medicalgorithmics S.A. on 20 June 2017

Pursuant to Article 70(3) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and terms and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments into organised trading and public limited companies (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2016, item 1639), the Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces the list of shareholders who at the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 20 June 2017 (“General Meeting”) held at least 5% of votes, specifying the number of votes held by each of them and indicating their percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting (i.e. 1,697,583 votes) and in the total number of votes (i.e. 3,606,526 votes).

1. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 448,000 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 26.39%, share in the total number of votes – 12.42%;

2. Marek Dziubiński – 400,000 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 23.56%, share in the total number of votes – 11.09%;

3. New Europe Ventures LLC – 191,680 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 11.29%, share in the total number of votes – 5.31%;

4. Nordea Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 180,347 shares and votes, share in the number of votes at the General Meeting – 10.62%, share in the total number of votes – 5.00%;
