Report of the Company’s Supervisory Board for the financial year 2016

As a supplement to Current Report No 8/2017 of 25 May 2017, the Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby discloses to the public that on 1 June 2017, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolution No 2 on approving the Report of the Supervisory Board for the financial year 2016. As part of the report, the Supervisory Board positively assessed the following documents presented by the Issuer’s Management Board: financial statements of the Company for the financial year 2016, the Directors’ Report on the Company’s operations in the financial year 2016, consolidated financial statements of the Medicalgorithmics Group for the financial year 2016 and the Directors’ Report on the Medicalgorithmics Group’s operations in the financial year 2016. At the same time, the Supervisory Board requested that the Annual General Meeting convened for 20 June 2017 approve the aforesaid reports.
