Starting in 1991, he advanced his career from the Ministry of Finance and the State Insurance Supervisory Authority, through the companies of the Commercial Union group (now Aviva), Prudential to the PZU group, the largest financial group in Central and Eastern Europe. From 1996 to 1998 he served as Director of the Audit Office at PUNU, from 1998 to 2011 he held a number of positions in the Aviva group (general director, proxy, member of boards of directors, member of supervisory boards), from 2011 to 2017 he was deputy director of the Prudential branch in Poland and proxy of Prudential Poland, and since 2017 he has been director of the legal office, member of steering committees and chairman of supervisory boards of companies in the PZU group. Legal counsel since 1997. Since 1998, he has been an active member of the insurance self-government within the Polish Insurance Chamber, where he contributes socially, without remuneration, in addition to his normal duties. Public chairman and member of PIU commissions, teams and working groups (Legal and Legislative Commission, Intermediation Commission, Good Practice Council, Bancassurance Team), co-author of the new PIU organization model, PIU Code of Ethics and Good Practice. Active and effective representative of the market in legislative work in parliament and at the government level, among other things, thanks to his actions the latest regulations on personal data protection in insurance, group insurance and anti-money laundering were developed. Participant and speaker at many conferences and trainings on the organization and regulation of the financial market in Poland and abroad, where he represented Poland and the Polish insurance market. Winner of many awards and honors in the field of insurance. Awarded with the Bronze Cross of Merit of the RP.
